Registration Fees

Includes conference costs, lunch Monday – Thursday, reception Monday, dinner Tuesday.

• Registration fee for participants through April 14, 2006    $350.00
• Late Registration fee participants starting April 15, 2006    $400.00

Guest Fees

Extra tickets may be purchased for your spouse or guest to attend the Tuesday Banquet or Thursday luncheon. No tickets will be available for sale at the conference. Tickets must be purchased when registering on-line.

• Guest Ticket for Tuesday June 6 Banquet    $ 45.00
• Guest Ticket for Thursday June 8 Luncheon    $ 20.00

Financial Assistance for Travel

Limited travel funds are available for invited speakers, presenters who are early career scientists, or presenters from developing countries. You may fill out a request for assistance when uploading your abstract (available on the Travel and Lodging page. See link below.) Refunds for approved travel costs and registration fees will be completed after the conference.

Confirmation

• A confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration. If you do not see this screen, re-submit your registration on line.

Changes

• Any changes on your registration after you receive your confirmation should be submitted by sending an email with your requested changes to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax 303-492-5959.

Please include school name; your name; city/town; with changes . Please DO NOT register again.

Cancellations

• A written notice must be faxed to (303) 492-5959 or emailed to confreg@housing.colorado.edu by November 10, 2005. Please note there will be no refunds for cancellations submitted after November 10, 2005.

Refunds

• • All refunds requested on or before May 15, 2006 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. Make refund request to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or by faxing us at (303) 492-5959. No refunds after May 15, 2006.

Errors:

• Once you start the registration form, if you make an error please Do Not use the "back" button on your browser. Close the form by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner of your browser window and start again.
