2006 CU Boulder Registration

Welcome to the 15th U.S. National Congress on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics

Web registration for USNCTAM’06 will be available until midnight on June 15, 2006.
On-site registration will be available starting June 25, 2006.

Please note that University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept Purchase Orders.

Registration

Please learn more about our on-line registration process by taking a minute to read this information before proceeding. We offer a secure site for credit card payments and encourage all of our guests to pay on-line.

  • Normal Registration fee (through May 15, 2006): $400
  • Late Registration fee (starting May 16, 2006): $500
  • Student Registration fee: $100

Banquet Information

  • The registration fee above includes one complimentary banquet ticket. When registering, please choose between one of the following banquets below. It is expected that awards will be presented at the two separate banquets by various member societies as follows:
  • Tuesday, June 27 American Society of Mechanical Engineers awards
  • Wednesday, June 28 American Society of Civil Engineers awards
  • In addition, each participant will be allowed to purchase one additional ticket for the same banquet for an accompanying person or spouse on a first come, first serve basis until tickets are sold out.

Payment

  • If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation

  • For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. Subsequently, a confirmation will be emailed to you. If you do not see or receive a confirmation notice after completing the registration process an error has occurred and resubmitting your registration on-line will be required. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

  • If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • To avoid duplicate registration and charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Please include your name and city/town with changes . Please DO NOT register again.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by May 15th, 2006 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • For cancellations made after May 15, 2006, a charge of $100.00 will be assessed. For students, this charge will be $50.00.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after June 15, 2006.

Errors:

  • If an error occurs prior to submitting your registration completely close out of your window browser and re-connect to restart the registration process.
